haha. The previous owner already has a work bench and some shelving in the extra part. Theres a perfect spot for my air compressor and tool box there too.

I'm also thinking of having a couch and run cable back there so I can watch tv.

Congrats Broski!! Owning house is an awesome feeling. The best feeling is when you first walk in the front door after closing and the house is empty. The first thing that went thru our heads was, " this is home. Our home!"
