i recently ordered my F2 type 1 coilovers from them a week ago. They have my money as it was cleared from my bank 2 days after i ordered it. They still havent shipped it. I have never waited this long to recieve shipping confirmation after an online store has my money! Starting to piss me off they dont even email me back! Anyone else had problems with them??

I ordered parts from them a few months ago and it was very fast. However when I ordered a headgasket recently it took almost 3 weeks. I was pretty upset.

I really dislike JHP. they have a good selection but their customer service sucks d**k. Customer service is what makes a company. Also they always get my s**t wrong and take forever shipping. They dont respond to your emails.. Weksos ftw

yeah they finally responded to my email. i was going to call them but they just emailed me saying they will PROBABLY be shipped from their warehouse monday! i paid 550 "discount codes on google" FTW! haha but yeah dont think ill be ordering from them again.. customer service sucked.

bought from them one time and they sent me a wrong part. Called them up and they exchanged it for me so i had to wait for them to ship it all over.

Every company can have it's bad times... Not everyone is perfect. Imagine doing hundreds of transactions a week. I'm sure they're bound to screw up some here and there.

Old thread but bringing this one back to life.

I placed an order last week and it took them a full week to process it after sending me an email saying 1-3 days. 3 days is slow anyways and they were still late. I usually avoid them but couldn't find this particular part anywhere else so I figured what the hell. It's not a huge deal but just another example of their typical shitty service to add to the pile.

It's the holiday season. Almost everyone is slow around this time. Weksos just screwed Koopa over recently. They are good when it comes to common items
