Power door locks question

I have a 92 ex sedan (D15b7) and its equipped with the power door locks but my question is that every time i use the switch it unlocks or locks all the doors except the drivers door. Is it supposed to be like that or is something wrong ?

That will happen if the driver's door is open. If you close the driver's door, does the driver's door also lock?

No even if the door is closed it still doesnt lock or unlock, its been like that since i bought the car back in november

If you can manually lock the driver's door, then the lock actuator inside the door is most likely bad.
