re-replacing oil pump and water pump for gt35r ls/vtec

well i replaced my oil pump and water pump new oem pieces and am now deciding to swap them out for some upgraded ones. I'm not sure if a type-r pump will fit my 96 ls block..
Need to know where to find high horsepower oil and water pump<500hp range>
