Front driver seat - comfort

When driving 100 miles or more my back is always in pain the next few days.
Need a solution.

the stock seats suck... we all know. you could try and score some EP3 seats... i hear they are direct bolt on... and are quite comfy..

I had problems with my seats at more than 25 minutes of driving, scored myself a set of RSX seats.....and it was all gravy.

I find it easiest to move the controls while your driving. If I try and set it up before I leave the drive way, it feels all wrong when you going down the road. maybe you already do this, but just a thought.

Put some del sol seats in it and just look for a d.I.y its not that hard to do the conversion

I have an 04 lx sedan and the seats suckkkk, is there a site that makes seats specifically for the 7th gen civic. I'm not talking about racing seats either. Yes i'm a noob, I came from a ford focus and it was easy as hell to find anything for that car, although the car sucked beyond belief. Thank god for honda

Adjusting the seats while driving???? Yea because thats totally safe.......

RSX seats will fit with slight modification.

Put some del sol seats in it and just look for a d.I.y its not that hard to do the conversion

Del sol seats............okay yea lets throw a d15 in the engine bay as well.

7th gen seats are by far the worst seats known to man, they are hard, no support, look like s**t , like someone said get some rsx seats they are comfy , or just buy you some racing seats with good lumbar support

yea no to the del sol seats... the car will look like ass with them in.

i vote RSX seats, EP3 seats... or S2000 seats...

otherwise.. go aftermarket...

and sorry to sound racist here.... but dont have the seats all niggered back either... you all know what im talking about... the people with the seats so far back that all you see at the window line is thier head...

It's fairly obvious to me that I'm the only one in this thread with a bad back... So I'll give you an easy, quick, and inexpensive solution to your problem.

Get a small pillow and put it behind your lower back... so that your body is flat from your hips to your shoulders. Back pain = eliminated.

yea if only the stockers came with a lumbar support... it wouldnt be so bad.

my subaru seats have no lumbar... and my back hurts all the time... but the pick up i drive has lumbar... so... it doesnt hurt as bad

my buddy was riding around and he saw a guy so far back he was hanging his arm out the rear window ... I love how guys recline far and then rip around like they're mario andretti ... you've got such little control of the car.

Aha, I've never seen anyone actually do that. If I saw someone hanging there arm out the back window I would break out laughing though. They probably think there like all that too which would be the funniest part.

For seats though, if you want a good seat it will cost a lot of money. Civics are just not meant for going far with those stock seats.
