well the car i have now is boosted allready and i had 2 install the turbo on it. I just was not sure because ive heard both was on it that it better 2 have a high compressin moror 4 boost and ive also heard that it a better to have a low compression that why i was wantin people 2 tell me why it was better to have it whatever way they thing is the best

Low Compression is best. The Turbo takes the place of raising compression. If you're not planning on low boost, just keep it stock compression.
If you have a High Compression Engine and Boost too high, you're liable to cause Pre-ignition caused by the heat of Compressing so much air/fuel.

depending on the motor and what you plan on doing with it boost wise, a lower compression is usually better. But then again some of the highest horsepower turbo honda's are in the 10.5:1 compression ratio range

Agreed.
Typically, lower CR is the norm and is what is advised. 8.5-9:1 is typical.

You'll see the BIG HP (I don't mean big as in 500-600 either) are running 10.5-12.0:1 blocks...but those are purpose built...wouldn't advise it in this scenario by any means.
