Viper 5002 Alarm keeps going off randomly

Okay i just recently got a Viper 5002 installed with tilt, glass break, and back up battery sensor and a piezo siren. Well it worked great the first few days. well it recently went off randomly in at 3 oclock in the morning and just today at work it went off 5-7 times at work. After I disarm it it would beep 4 times then on the lcd display show sensor, and number 4, and alarm. So I don't know whats wrong with it. I just like to know what it is...i'm already set a date to go back to the installer and getting it fixed.

Something similar happened to me. It could be that the battery is trippin' or maybe the sensor is extremely sensitive? At any rate, I'd take it in to get it fixed.

You can turn the sensitivity down, my friend's alarm goes off every time a car/bus drives by when he parks on the street it's pretty annoying.

UPDATE: Well for a few days i didn't arm the car and locked it only with my stock remote. And just recently I started arming it again. So far so good.
