We're getting security monitoring installed May 1st. Mostly for my garage, but, there isnt much crime where we live. Its a totally different world over here than say Chicago or New York.

yea that's how it was in NC the feel down there around my house was nice. i could leave my civic door's unlocked and not worry BUT remember, you just never know. better get it replaced. Better safe than sorry.


Sidenote: some drunk guy tried to break into my house last night while everyone was sleeping. We got into a brawl, he clocked me good in the face but let's say he just woke up in the police station looking like raggedy ann

Its more that adequate for my neighborhood. Yes you never know, but if f**kers want to break in, they'll smash out my huge front window. Or any of the other windows for that matter. Like I said, its different here.

When I lived in Chicago, I wouldnt have a door like that, but in the burbs of Minneapolis, its just fine.

yeah, all the furniture is just staging. No one is living there currently.

We had a lot that we amended on our purchase agreement, but it was all done very fast.

haha, yeah, I have 2. the garage, and the 3rd bedroom. (which is that mancave pic)

thats the stairway up to the media room. My wife and I are going to make it into a lounge for watching movies. Couple of couches, bean bags, stuff to sprawl out. Its a finished attic, so the ceilings are low.

Once we have kids, that may be a play room. After we put up a fence of course.

looking good. me and my gf went to the bank to see what it would take to get a mortgage. we are looking more towards a forclosed home now. there are actually a lot of nice ones around here that are fairly cheap. but they told us our credit was good and we could do it if we each had either 3 more references for payments apiece or more loans/ credit cards.

hell yeah i love gas, my gf not so much

i prefer grill or open fire cooking personaly. cant beat food cooked over a nice camp fire.
