half assed it? come on kid..
so your telling me there arent things you would have cleaned up or replaced that he didnt, i understand he was on a budget but still, could have cleaned up some things IMO
He put a FWD body on a AWD chassis. Did you see all the fabrication he had to do? the roll cage, fenders, etc. He probably put a s**t load of hours into this build. Thats the only reason why I defended him, because people like you have to give negativity a try..
I know we all have our own opinions but thats mine. Yes, he could have made it look 'better' if he spent 5,000 dollars more on it. But for what he did in that period of time with that money; impressive.

Lol damn, everyone is hassling him. I think that even if you DONT consider the amount of money that he spent, he still did a decent job. Like I said, he addressed the chassis support with the roll cage, body panel alignment looks great. Even if he spent 10k total, what else could he have really gotten other than a nicer color 
Maybe painting the whole chassis together, but still. Very impressive job in and of itself. I commend this guy.

wtf do you consider not half assed? I'm pretty sure spending over $5k in canadian (idk how much that is USD)... and literally putting a WRX and a Civic together.. there is no way to half ass that and make it function correctly.
I Think it's VERY impressive. That someone could even manage to get everything to work, line up, weld, cut, get the motor to fit, etc.. and it still looks better than like 50% of Honda's on this site... lol

I think its a bad ass car. Wouldn't hurt to go a little lower but still a sweet car none the less. I bet a lot of people in the car scene turn their heads when the car drives by. I wouldn't mind having one myself.
