Before anyones asks I did look.
My firend was telling me that there is no way to tune a obd II computer and I told him that can't be true. I know somebody out there learned how to tune without going to obd 1. I looked one the website and couldn't find anything. I know a lot of the new companies like AEM, HKS, Apexi, make piggyback/standalones for the newer cars so I figure some body made chips for the ecu as well. Am I wrong?

I've been looking for this same information. The AEM F/IC is about the only thing I have been able to find but after asking around, no one has any experience with this new unit. They all say go to the Apexi Power FC or AEM Stand Alone EMS 2... I'm ordering the AEM F/IC and will find out for myself. Unfortunately, it won't be installed until I acquire all the parts for my turbo and motor setup... Probably won't be til late fall...

I have also call around to shops in Denver & KC as I'm in NE, no one has tuned a car using one either but they all said the same thing, "Buy it, install it, and bring it down. We'll try it out."

The AEM F/IC sounds pretty good for a piggyback system. At least you can retard timing. Some piggybacks don't have that option and the ECU ends up retarding timing by itself. Also, you run into some problems with the MAP Sensors freaking out over boost.

The AEM EMS system can be used on the OBDII Honda systems. In fact, I think that was one of its main selling points when it first came out. OBDI guys had the option of Chipping their ECU's with Pre-Programmed EPROM chips. Here's the link for the AEM EMS system at jhpusa.com

From my experience, it's really easy to use and install.

people tune on obd1 because its easy to manipulate the sensors. 0bd2 vehicles have too many emissions variables which make it a hassle.

I'm tuned on obd2 with apexi power fc. I don't worry about emissions though
