So I have horrendous seasonal allergies, almost debilitating when they reach their worst. My question is since I cannot get in to see my allergist for another week, what do you others with allergies do to survive the bad season?
I was getting shots for my allergies for a long time but when I moved back across the state I stopped, figuring the more moist climate would suffice. I was wrong. I went to work today at my usual 6:45am and didn't even make it until 9am before I had to leave. I couldn't stop sneezing, my ears are popping, my throat is drying out, and my eyes are almost swollen shut. Suggestions?
