the only karma i wish is on the thieves.
boom, for sure god i hate thieves...

Skinny those look pretty good man

http://cleveland.craigslist.org/mcy/1773974223.html - 1500 miles...that is insanely low. Id ask him what needs to be done to the carbs to get them to work. If you go to an auto parts store get a big ol jug of carb cleaner (remove the floats and rubber linings from the top of the carburetor) and let it soak for a day or so. Take a "welder's tool" (basically a swiss-army-like device that has a ton of tiny/skinny metal sticks on it (all diff sizes/gauges) and you can use this to clean your pilot jet). Take a tooth brush and clean every single part of the carb that you can reach. Honestly if you ship your carbs to me I'd do it for you. If you want to tackle it yourself Id check and see what a carb rebuild kit is for that bike, may have to call a few places. Id also see if there is a neighborhood shop that specializes in older bikes, dealers typically stop carrying parts for bikes that are over 10 years old but there should be plenty of shops that work on bobbers, choppers, cafe racers, etc. It may be worth taking the bike there and getting a rundown on what needs to be replaced

It looks really really clean (no rust is a huge plus)

http://cleveland.craigslist.org/mcy/1727309159.html - "Idles high" not sure what that means...tell the seller to take a screw driver and turn their idle down (should be on the side of the bike next to the throttle cable lol). Im guessing it wont be that easy haha. 24k is getting up there for miles but see how many owners there have been. If its the original owner and he/she has taken good care of it Id say thats a pretty good deal. Definitely ask where they have been storing the bike during winter, if its in a garage with a cover that is best obviously, if its been stored outside and not used for an extended period of time IId stay away. Old wiring does not hold up well to mother nature.
