Nissan GTR gives Bugatti Veyron the ownage of a lifetime!

Pretty believable to me. AMS is working on a 1000+ HP GTR right now. It's a lot of work but it can be done.

And you guys know there are different driving modes to Bugatti's right? I'm not sure as to how drastic each mode is when comparing acceleration and top speed but if the driver was using a different mode each run, it looks like it makes a huge difference. But then again, the road looked wet and the Bugatti might've had a hard time hooking in the beginning of the first run.

I dont know. You guys do have a point. The Bugatti has 10 more cylinders, almost 3 times as many, as the GTR has.

depending on the mode, yes it can make a big difference. I don't know tho, with the Bugatti weighing more, I would expect it to hook up better than the GTR. I just don't see how a 16 cylinder quad turbo can lose to anything......

I'd like to see a turbo busa against a Bugatti. I'd imagine it'd be a decent run considering stock busa's are about the same 0-60 and 1/4 mile time. It's a no brainer when it comes to top speed but I think a busa would put up a decent fight until 180 or so.

hmmm doesnt really make sense, first run he just walked away but the bugatti hits 250 so wouldnt it have started to reel him in since the gtr prob maxes like at 200 but still second run was complete bullshit, definitely fake, unless he didnt put the little key thing in for race mode, but the spoiler was up so i think it was, did they ever say what was in the GTR?

According to Nissan, the GTR is a "supercar".

I dont buy into that. It has a back seat. I think that automatically knocks it out of the supercar......even the sports car class. Look at true sports cars like the Corvette....you see a back seat there?? No.

Lets not forget that the GTR eats transmissions at stock power levels. The Veyron at double the power has no such issues.
