Two top technology based companies in internet and computer industries going head to head in cell phone competition? If you think these phones are great now, just wait a year or two. Competition does great things

i for one will be keeping my 3gs, at least for a little while.
x2. This dude's got it. I'm holding on to my 3G until the next round of next-gen cells come out in 2011. I want my damn morph-able transparent phone already, dammit!

Unless your friend is an AT&T store manager.
Att employees don't get special privileges with iPhones.Your friend will probably pre order you one on Tuesday. I used to work for att and still have friends high up in att ranks so if this was possible I would have already done it myself. Not trying to call you out just trying to let you know whats up. Your friend prob lied to you.

& oh yea, wait around for a iPhone 4Gs to come out 3 months after it releases, you all know it's gonna happen. It's gonna include something obvious the other was missing cause they wanted to juice it also

Potential bad news for EVO owners: we're seeing plenty of reports from folks having issues with the lower portions of their screens. Conspiracy theories say that the adhesive holding the glass is failing, causing the screen to peel up a bit and embark on a very slow journey to capacitive independence. This separation is causing excessive light leakage from below, a problem that we noted in our review but apparently gets continually worse as users spend more time massaging their screens -- even those not being as hard on theirs as this guy was. No official response from HTC yet and we're not sure just what a fix could be, but we have seen people do some wonderful things with duct tape.

HTC EVO 4G and Droid Incredible suffering from unresponsive screen issues

Uh oh: on top of reports that the EVO 4G suffers screen-detachment issues, we're also starting to hear that the touchscreen sensor is inconsistent, particularly when the phone isn't grounded. We've seen more than one report and video purporting to show the EVO's touchscreen failing to smoothly register touches when the phone isn't being handheld (and thus grounded). We haven't been able to reproduce the issues ourselves, but trust us when we say we've heard from enough unhappy EVO owners to believe that the problem is real. What's more, there's also an older video showing the same problem on three different Droid Incredibles, which obviously shares strong family ties to the EVO. We've pinged HTC, we'll let you know what we hear -- for now, get your sad faces on and watch the videos after the break.

Might of jumped the gun a bit, It's coming to T-Mobile in Germany -___-" uGH!! BUT still i mean with Jailbreaks it's possible PLUS T-mobile always provided internet plans that worked for the iPhone, why would they stop now?

I know the iPhone uses a micro-sim card BUT the pinouts remain the same. You just need to cut it closer to the chip to fit it in the slot.
T-mobile is the cell phone king serice in Europe, they even have t-mobile pay phones! They had Iphones there for years. I wanted to buy a t-mobile iphone when i was there but $350 euro just wasnt even close to worth it

Same details to the T phone booth guy said when I went to look at an HTC the other day, interesting!

I haven't had a problem with a demished signal. Although i'm not one of those guys that uses my phone to check my "bar status." I just use the phone and iphone4 is awesome.
