I do like the E36's, but I am trying to get something newer and use as an all around DD. Those Legacy's do look very nice, and I agree with John S. that the new one's look ugly.

for your budget & what you're looking for the best car in my opinion would be a Chrysler 300. large car, 4 doors, v6 or v8, and 'luxurious'.

The more I look at these Legacy's the more I like them. I think I would go for the 3.0 over the 2.5 for the little added horsepower.

The 2.5's would make more power...
Engine would be left stock, as well as most of the car.
