That's what I thought also. However we film alot of dyno related videos and this was the best environment. The room has a few fans setup in a way that moves all of exhaust gases out very quickly. It was unreal inside the dyno room. It was so cool and the air was not stuffy at all. I was very surprised.

Yea, its actually quite the opposite since the air moves so quickly/efficiently. Air gets pulled in through a giant duct in front of the car and then goes out above & behind the car, with silencers on both ends to trap the noise.

The air gets replaced so quickly that fumes/smoke aren't really an issue.
