Hello everyone, I am starting next week to change my 2 rear quarter panels and rocker guards on my 1994 Honcda Civic C. I am using full size quarter panels and am looking for any and all help and tips. Thanks in advance eh

err anything in particular?
when your welding the quarter panels in, do a few spot welds, far from eachother, let it cool, then do spot welds between each of the previous spot welds close to center of them, let it cool.. continue doing this untill the gap between welds are very small, then join welds.
^IMPORTANT. IF U DON'T, THE PANEL WILL WARP AND THEN UR EFFF'D ^ Do not let panels get too hot. seriously.
then
grind down welds.... fiberglass then body filler to even things out.... thats all for now, pm me if u need any other help.. haven't done rocker panels but i have done many quarter panels

not to be a thread jacker, but im doin my rear 1/4 soon. would you suggest a cut off wheel or nips.

me personaly i would mig weld it myself, if u got skills like that then go ahead with the tig, but mig welding is alot easier in general.....thats what i thought was better, now i can tig and mig...which one you prefer.
