Looks awesome. Just out of curiosity do you have any pics of how you cleared the AC with the pipe off the external wastegate? Im boosting my B18 right now with a very similar mani and can't figure out how im gonna clear it haha

don't have pics at the moment but i barely cleared it so i wrapped it with fire resistance heat wrap both the ac lines and the external pipe from the waste gate, probably gonna pull the ac to make more room and clean up the engine bay

Thanks! I like the position of your wastegate a lot better than mine, mine seems to be a little more towards the power steering side.

is your wastegate positioned to one side of the manifold? i heard that you can get boost creep issues (from what i read on honda tech) if the wg is on one side of the manifold

Yes it is, that was/still is my biggest concern. I got the manifold dirt cheap though (used), and it was on a previous setup at about 10psi where the guy claimed to have no boost creep issues.... we'll see though, I hope it doesn't.

well its been a while since i posted in this, so here's an update,

-installed aem truboost gauge and boost controller
i-nstalled aem digital wideband gauge (had to match the aem truboost lol)
-got rid of the ugly autometer gauges
-installed new turbo (exact same as the initial one just bigger compressor side .60 now)
-dyno tuned by toma in calgary making 192 whp at 7 psi on a mustang dyno ( truboost will help make it over 200whp lol)
-got rid of ac (so much easier to work on the car without it)

plans:
-will be upping the boost to 9-10 psi and see what kind of numbers i will get (of course i will be bringing it back to toma, to get it retuned for the higher boost)
-program hondata for launch control

will post pics when i get home from work. digital gauges look awesome lol
