What size tires needed for 16x7 rota for a del sol

I bought a set of 16x7 rotas for my del sol but i dont know if the correct size is 205/40r16 or 205/45r16 thanks

im looking for 16x7 also,
i was looking and i kindof want a bit of a stretch,
would a 185 sit fine?
and also, a 165 would give a pretty good stretch, but it could be too much.
thoughts?

i got my eye on some 165's cuz i plan on tucking rim... the good thing about stretching is that you get more fender clearance... thats the look im goin for... i currently have 205's and i tucked them pretty good and they don't rub at all thx to my fender rolling skillz lol, but i plan to go alot lower.... thats just how i like to roll..... the pic of my car in my garage is not how im currently sitting right now ,it was taken 2 years ago... im currently sittin a half inch just above the rim w/ no rub.... when i get it done ill update the pics..... im almost done finalizing everything....
