I may be wrong, but I see two things that are kinda throwing me off. One, it appears like some sorta of line/cable is going across the picture and two, the water looks different on the left, kinda likea tidal wave or something?

You are getting close, it does have to do with the "water".

The only thing I can come up with for the last one is there is instead of it being water, its a wall.
