Mugen Airbox on D16y7/y8

Hey everyone,
I am from Belgium and I have a civic coupe EJ6 with D16y7.

I was wondering if it is worth it to buy a mugen airbox to put on my Y7
I can buy a cheap one wich is made for the EK.

My plan is to rebuild the engine with y8 head, y8 intake manifold and y8 exhaust manifold. And keep the y7 bottom end (with new oem parts)

So, what do you guys think?
Is it worth it, will I gain some HP withe the end setup?
I know on the Y7 that I have now it will be mainly bling ...

If you could get it cheap, you can just buy it to resell. They probably go for $500-900 here in the US.
