legal to take out back seat of my hatch?

I have a 90 ef hatch, and wanted to take out the rear seat, is it legal? Lol

Yes sir. It should be legal. Im 99% sure it will be legal. As long as there are no loose parts and you dont have anyone sitting back there i dont see how it could be illegal

while taking out the seat may be legal here is an interesting twist.. taking out the seat belts might NOT be legal in some states depending on local law.. in some area there are broad restrictions on "removing "safety" equipment".. while it will likely not get you a ticket ever.. it may cause you issues if your state has vehicle inspection..
