hid's aren't illegal at all in my state. Ppl rock purple or straight blue HID's with no problem.

i just bought a power acoustik PTID-5000 5" TFT-LCD Touch Screen (affordable) 200 bucks amazon
already have 12" primere and kenwood 1000watt amp
i need to buy speakers.
after that ima buy rims. i think im going to just buy black finished 15" and lower it 1" or 2
im not an expert what ya'll think

what motor is in the car? I am assuming it is a SOHC Vtec? similar to the 6th gen EXs.. is the car auto? manual? the reason I ask is because if these things I am assuming as correct it is unlikely that you will really see a huge performance gain with intake and exhaust.. if you want the engine to breath a little better get a K&N drop in filter.. they are good for life.. and quality.. as far as exhaust goes.. I had an Apex exhaust system and the quality was VERY high.. honestly.. I would lower the car a LITTLE before even messing with intake and exhaust.. lowering it a little will make the car more responsive and more enjoyable to drive.. lower it TOO much and it will make the car NOT perform well and will make it ANNOYING to drive.. lol but a little drop will improve the handling of the car..

Like someone said, make sure your maintenance is up to par. Having your ride look good doesnt matterl when your timing belt snaps.

depending on the part you wanna mod each state has different standards.

only one i see you running into with the mods you're naming so far would be noise ordinance. but unless you're doing stupid shyte infront of a cop they normally dont care. just gotta think.

Name brands fit and look better. (usually) If you into mechenical work and have a lot of tool to modify off brand you can save a lot of money.
Short rams sound really good on 7thgens.
