115 isn't high mileage it's like a civic man, 200k is starting to get there.
and a 99 engine is one of the most desirable engines so just make sure it runs good, which is very likely. Nice price.
yeh wheels are too big but i love the suzuka blue w/white wheels...dumb those down to 17"s and we have a winner
