Speaking of shocks, I'm having a hell of a time finding any (non-coilovers) for my car :-(

I'm guessing your looking to replace them with something better then oem?

DC5's are Mcpherson struts I believe, either way yes very diff than 01.

yeah my car came with Mcphersons too, the koni's are insterts which means u have to cut the Mcpherson's open, drill a hole in the center of the bottom, and then insert the koni in the Mcpherson hub, they're a b***h of a job and basically destroy you stock struts... but on the bright side the rears are easy to do
