Has to be the Cleanest build I have seen. Its his Daily driver and he drove it 6 hours there and through some of the hardest trails in KY. Not to mention the guy that built it is only 23 and has his own shop in Chattanooga. I wish they matched the engine bay to the Jeep but it gets used so eh, no big deal.
Engine and drivetrain:
06 Chevy LS2 mated to a 4L65E Transmission, both with only 19,000 miles.
NP231J Transfer case. Stock till it blows, then swapping in a 241OR.
Rear axle: Ford Exploder with Super 88 kit, ARB locker, Superior gears, disc brakes, Solid diff cover.
Front Axle: Ford High pinion Dana 44, cut and narrowed to Waggy width, RCV axleshafts and drive slugs (also going to have Warn 30 spline Hubs for the street), ARB Locker, Genuine G2 gears, Reid Racing Knuckles, Full High Steer, Solid Diff Cover. Also has new spindles, calipers, caliper brackets, pads, etc.
Driveshafts are both from Tom Woods.
Suspension:
Rock Krawler 3 link front and 4 link rear, modified for more clearance. Custom RSOR track bar and mounts, and RSOR high steer. ORI struts front and rear, 12" travel rear, 16" travel front. RSOR Engine cage.
Wheels and tires:
Black Rock "D" series wheels in a 17" flavor. RSOR Custom Competition Style beadlocks. 37-12.50-R17 Goodyear MTRs; 1st gen, not Kevlars.
Other Doodads:
Fully custom RSOR Hybrid cage, RSOR bumpers, Round Eyes Rock lights, Warn and Hella Driving lights, Warn M8000 winch with under hood solenoid pack with external winch control hook up as well as in cab controls. Cobra CB Radio. It also has Ice Cold A/C!!!
