Yeh hector i named her Bentley

went and checked out the CRZ last weekend, holy christ the gauges are memorizing. Overall, the car looks, feels fantastic. I didnt get to drive it but it was an auto anyway

i drove a 6spd cr-z the other day yeah, the speedo is behind some crazy glass lol

1985 CRX = 1819 lb for comparison and got about 50mpg on the highway.

crz gets 50mpg highway as well

1] 35 city/39 hwy/37 combined mpg for CVT models. 31 city/37 hwy/34 combined mpg for 6MT models. Based on 2011 EPA mileage estimates

I was hoping for 50mpg highway but the rated MPG on the sticker was 35 city 40 highway...i figured for a 1.5L hybrid w/6 spd itd be easy to get 50mpg. The salesman had no response other than, "well its still pretty peppy!"

i know it's not rated that high by the EPA, but real-world usage has shown ~50mpg hwy.

here's the sticker from the 6spd i drove..

the thing is, as u may have seen, the cr-z has 3 driving modes: sport, normal, and econ. i'm not quite sure what mode the EPA testers were using, but in econ the numbers fly up to fifty.

how did it feel in sport mode WOT?

WOT in sport was pretty f**king peppy man. definitely about as fast if not faster than my ej8 was. 1.5L ivtec + full assist from the IMA... i launched it at a light and hit 40mph pretty quickly. quite torquey lowend in sport mode. i know it's not scientific, but it felt good
