POSOLE, its not as nasty as MENUDO.
but this dish is an acquired taste. it has corn, pork meat, pork skin (hairs are still visible), and alot of fat. you top it off with onions, radish, and cabbage. add some salt, pepper, and lemon to add a kick.

I mexicaned out these oysters I just ate, freakin BOMB with lemon, salt, and tapatio sauce!!!!! Finished with cilantro and onions (Just like TACOS!)
I should mention i was drinking CORONAS as well.

tripe is very good if it's cleaned and cooked right! I like them a little bit crispy!
