I've got a Megan header and then instead of a test pipe I've got flex pipe, then full generic stainless piping and a Vibrant Street power muffler....It's not raspy at all, just sorta loud. Toss a Moroso in or something to mellow it out, but you've already got a legit exhaust on it so it should sound pretty good. What's the paint code for that color?

Yeah I have a buddy club cat back now. Hopefully the headers and test pipe will make it sound good. But I'm not sure on the paint code because it was re painted with extra flakes but somehow my bumper is slightly lighter it really bugs me

That'll happen no matter what, since the bumpers are plastic / not metal like the body. I had my old(er) cars all re-sprayed and the bumpers were always a different shade. Look closely at most cars on the street and they are like that.

I'm going to get mine sprayed as well here this winter once I'm done stockpiling parts. Are all your jambs and bay painted as well?

All the jams are painted and the bay is flat black.. I'll have pictures of the new headers i slapped on today, plus a er visit picture in the mix because my buddy smacked himself in the face with my breaker bar taking an o2 sensor off haha 5 stitches on his eyebrow.

So I got tired of my engine bay looking all stock-ish. So I'm starting a little overhaul.

So thanks to the good old friends at ebay i picked up these pretty nice megan racing headers for 45 bucks shipped!

And i guess taking o2 sensors off gets dangerous.. My buddy Zach got clocked by my breaker bar taking of my o2 sensors

6 stitches and a trip to the e.r later....

Finally got them off haha

And the final product.. I'm pretty happy the way it turned out, minus that i had to bring my friend to the e.r half way through the little switch.

Looks good but sucks about ur friend. I had something similar happen my friend was in a fenderbender the same week as I was. He lucked out only needed a new bumper and passenger headlight. So we found 1 on Tampa racing an he went to the speedshop and got black housing headlights. As he was pulling his hid out of the broken headlight he cut his finger bad he took 4 stitches he was so mad he trade his eg for an ek and went from ls/v back to single cam.

yeah he was taking out the lower o2 sensor while i was loosening up the head studs. The o2 sensor cracked loose quick and his hand slipped and got a breaker bar to the face. You're from Orlando? Ever hear of Spring Hill?

Oh okay. Yeah I used to live in FL in Spring Hill. People are legit crazy about racing down there. Up here we are lazy and are afraid of the police ha. Because where we all hang out all the cops use bear mace haha

Ha wow. Yah I like speed, but I love turns cause I'm use to drive up and around mountains. So I do suspension first and brakes and have fun in turns. All the hp in the world don't mean shot if yu can't Courner..

Hahaha.. Yeah NY is killing me ha dropped hatch+pot holes= I've sanded my lip down and fiber glassed it like 3 times. If I move back I'm gonna have to throw down a nasty swap so i can at least fit in because everyone has obnoxious set ups going Or I could just rock the ZC hahaha I <3 working at best buy and making nothing
