Wipers not working on int position

The rainy season has started on my town, and I need to use the wipers almost all day long, but the int position is not working, in fact I don't remember if it was working when I bought the car 3 years ago.

I have checked continuity on the switch and it's ok, it has continuity on the int position, I have checked the fuses and all of them are ok, googling I found that the int function has its relay in the integrated control unit witch is behind the fuse box, my questions are:

How can I get access to the integrated control unit?
How can I check that the relay is working properly?
Is there something else that I should check for the bad function of the int position?

I have already cleaned the switch and checked continuity, this diagram is very useful I will check it when I get home

lol yes it has rained but nothing like on this season, it's raining very quiet all day long and don't want to be using the mist switch and the lo position is so fast for the kind of rain, normally during the rainy season it rains very hard but just few hours, that's the reason why until now I need the int position
