If your dad doesnt co-sign for the loan, your dad cant put his name on the title. If his name isnt on the title, he cant put the car under his insurance.

your wrong. my car is in my name only and i paid cash and its on my moms insurance policy.

ok then why would you say it as all insurance companies then? my parent were first insured by allstate, now we have geico and both of them insured my car that is in MY name.
