My friend has Virgin Mobile as a service provider. She has the LG rumor II phone. She setup her voicemail and it seems that when Virgin entered it in, they entered it incorrectly(her words, not mine) and nw she can't check voice mails.

What sucks is, she doesn't want to reset her voicemal because she has a new messages from her BF who is currently in Basic Training. Does anyone know anyway we can get into her voicemail so she can listen to these voicemails, a program or something?

She tried calling Virgin, but they told her she is S.O.L. We are just curious if there is anything at all that can be done so she can atleast listen to these voicemails.

What the f**k kind of customer service is this??? Get em back on the phone, and get nasty with them....Talk to a supervisor/Tech support... Someone there can help, that's bullshit.......:mrgreen:

well what is exactly happening when she tries to dial? if she dials voicemail by dialing 1 talk, is it asking for a password and she can't figure it out?? if it's that she needs to enter her number without the area code, or just the last 4 digits of her number, that should do it, if that doesn't work then she might just have to reset it, but that might not erase her messages tell her to go to virginmobileusa.com and login then she might be able to do it there and it would tell her, NOT 100% if changing the password won't erase if it doesn't say I would call VM.

Okay really, get back on the phone with Virgin and get pissed. Thats terrible customer service...

Just call back they can help you. It sounds like you just got a lazy rep the first time.

Exactly. She's already tried her number, the last 4, 0's, and some other combos she knows and what was suppose to be her VM password.

That what I'm end up doing. She keeps saying she gets these haji's. I normally wouldn't give two shits, but her bf is over in SC for Basic, so she just wants t make sure these messages don't have any important info.
