Okay so first of all I know theres a DIY for wink mirrors on CC I dont need a link =)
But I ordered the4 panel one for my civic, and everyone says it bolts right up to where the visors are but when I removed the visors and messed around with it the mirror doesnt reach both ends. like wtf?! Idk if anyone had the same issue or not, but let me know. cuz I'm pretty lost with this one, and I dont wanna ghetto rig this to make it work and hope it doesnt fall off. -___- thanks guysssss

Just get some brackets and it will fit perfectly. If it doesn't reach both sides there isn't anything you can do about making it fit with out being a big creative on your part.

You can make it look good, just find the right hardware, paint it, do whatever it takes to make yourself happy.

I think the issue is most of us order / use the 5-panel, and yours is shorter since you got the 4-panel mirror.

i want one..
me tooooo:(
:D Mine didn't last more than a couple days. I installed it with the original brackets...didn't like the fit and not having use of my visors. Bought the windshield mounts that enabled me to use my visors...didn't like how low it sat. It now sits in the spare room with my other new parts or parts that I won't use anymore.

I used to want one... Now I don't understand the point of them. How much do you really need to be able to see behind your car? I have a 300MM flat broadway and that's more than enough for me.

thats kinda why I ordered the 4 panel one... cuz I think 5 panels was a lil too much. and I just think its cooler having a view of the whole rear/one blindspot in view :D

I simply love my Wink mirror, I bought the 5 panel, and the amount of added visibility is AMAZING. I was using a Broadway that I custom made and it worked really good, its just how I can 360 degree's around my car with the wink now is well worth the investment.

My DIY shows how I made custom brackets to keep your sun visors and mount the visor against the glass so its not AS obstructive. if I'm not mistaken, there should be a mounting point for the 4 panel so you can mount it with the adjustment arm and the stock rear view mirror lug on the glass. If that helps..
