How do you get at power windows? HARD?

My Front Passenger Power window is slow as molasses. So I'm assuming I need a new motor or whole new window regulator.

How hard is it to replace a window regulator on the front passenger side?

take your door panel off, and then take the 2 10mm bolts that hold the glass in ,out. take the glass out, then take the 3 10mm bolts or may be 2 10mm bolts cant remember right off the top of my head, anyways, take those out, unplug it, boom twist it out
