since when is 255#'s a lot?
since i weigh 130? go back and read the posts.. im in bodybuilding and powerlifting comps because ive been lifting ever since i was young with my dad and i bench almost double my body weight, i went for 260 but that wasnt happening. hopefully nexy week

uploading the video to photobucket as we speak so i can post, i found it in my computer of one of my old buddies didnt believe i could put the weight up, its in his basement i only did 245 in this, i was training for a comp then so i actually weight around 150 then, its about ehh a year old

If we're flexing e-peens now.

I can leg press 4x my body weight.

And my legs come in more handy in life than my chest does. I broke my sternum once. That was tolerable compared to when I blew out my knee.

Just saying.

I don't know. I don't see the point in bragging about "I can bench this much" because when it comes to a fight, it won't matter when you're knocked out on the ground mumbling "I bench pressed twice my weight yesterday"

Methinks a punch is determined by abs and obliques primarily and then secondary to those are shoulders and back, and then lastly is chest. AMIRITE?

wow this is funny; People say i cant do it, posted proof. Now people are saying blah blah nobody cares, lol thats a joke about strength has no influence on fighting, people who say that are the same people that say you cant train to be faster and that its a god given gift. You understand that yeah ok a 6' more 255 lbs guy would whoop my ass yeah thats fine. Put any NORMAL person in the same area as me and i guarentee i come out on top, i have done martial arts also for the past 4 years. Honestly i have prepared myself to be able to defend myself and my family if need be, something all you s**t talking dueschbags should consider. Will post squat and leg press videos when i get some since "chest doesnt matter" and ill also post a sparring session between me and kent if you guys also have a problem and a disbelief i do martial arts. Although this is a car website and im getting pretty tired of having to prove myself to people who think that lifting is a waste and training is a waste.

4x body weight, thats respectable for somebody who doesnt do what i do so yeah i guess thats pretty decent if its true. i can do hmm 5.76x my body weight on leg press lol. and sqaut 2.5x my body weight and curl almost my own body weight (on bar not db) And i dont wanna hear any bitching about hurting yourself, ive had more injuries than i can count due to training for my competitions, my orthopedist said if i dont stop lifting so heavy that im going to be crippled by the time im 40 and my skeleton isnt built to handle the weight i put up, my spine is curved from it which makes it hard for me to even squat or deadlift anymore.
