Holy bananas... This is one amazing thread! Didn't expect there to be 34 pages already! For 2 years of time, money and your dads assistance you have really made this Civic something special! Hell, you could throw anything ricer on that thing and it would still blow the doors off anything you face!! haha

ALSO: Funny how your FMIC says "Treadstone" on it... Reminds me of the Bourne Identity! lol
All the best with the build!

Hah thanks man... but I assure you there will be no "rice" on this car. Just OEM/clean parts... I enjoy the simple/stock look. Treadstone is the manufacturer of the FMIC... never made me think of Bourne Identity, I guess I'll have to go back and watch that movie again.

Man, beautiful ride. I remember before I ever came close to buying my civic I went through this whole thread and was extremely impressed. It was like "HOLY s**t, THAT THING'S SICK!" Props.
I thank you for the compliment man! There's some minor imperfections and things I need to take care of... but I don't let them show in any pictures.

Sorry to hear your civic got stolen man.
My whole idea was to put down some impressive numbers all while keeping the car looking stock. This way your average person on the street thinks it's just a lowered civic with a big muffler. I pass people on the highway whom eventually catch up to me and yell out their window "is that thing turbo!?" ... I just smile and keep on cruising.

dude...please dump it.
That's not going to happen. My downpipe hangs a bit low in the front.. and there's no way I'm going to risk rubbing a hole through it. I can't afford to buy another downpipe at this point. It's the perfect height so I can make it over speed bumps and I have YET to scrape my front lip anywhere. That s**t's a pain in the ass... I'd rather have function over form in this aspect.

UPDATE:

Track NEXT Friday night with a few buddies of mine. It'll be dark so I'm sure pics will be limited. I'll try to get my gf to snap some shots and a video. Can't afford rims/drag radials/slicks or anything of that sort, so I will be running normal street tires (Yokohoma AVID). Check back to get the details next weekend!

UPDATE:

So I went to the track friday night with a couple buddies along with my family so they could see what my car would do... since my dad helped build it I wanted him to come as well. Got there later than I had anticipated so it was already dark and cold as balls. I ended up using my street tires.. couldn't source funds for radials/slicks in time. Turns out the night sucked.

First run I was left lane:

Not the best time.. as soon as I slammed 2nd I just got massive wheel spin... fail.

Second run:

Yeah that's right.. during my second run my wastegate dump tube fell off.. the welds snapped off the vband and it bounced around under my car at 95mph until it came out the back. I have no idea how it made it out without damaging anything else on my car! The whole tube was supported just by the vband weld.. which I should have known wouldn't hold forever.. Needless to say that ended my night.. two runs and that was that.
Better luck next season I guess!!

The plans are to get an LSD along with some slicks hopefully for next season so I can get some good times... and also make a support to hold the dump tube.. hah.

sorry to hear that man, the 1/4 time isn't bad though.
Thanks.. I was still hoping for better.

That time isnt bad but im pretty sure the car can do better, what car did you race???...
I KNOW it can do better.. this was on low boost... 325hp... I raced my buddys' 400hp supercharged Mustang GT. I'm sure if I was on high boost I probably would have took him... that and the fact that I laid waaaaaaay too much rubber. hah. Next season.. it's on. I'll be back to redeem myself for sure!
