no ac nedd help

hey i have a 92 hatch da ac is not working i checked da 2 relays near da fan and their good fuses are ok to the blower is ok but da compresor wont start and the fan wont start 2 ,,,, everything was working fine da system has frion on ((((((please neeeedddd helpp )))))))
