catch can leak

hey guys i have a question its got me pretty concerned i have a 95 turbocharged gsr with a JDM B20B swap recently my catch can started leaking and it seems to smoke a little bit also seems to be catching alot of oil i was hoping some one could point me in the right direction as far as what the problem could be the compression is fine i checked it and it gave me 190 across the board and it isnt leaking into the plugs so any ideas??????

PCV valve is probally bad.

If you need a new catch can let me know. I have a ton of great options to rememdy your problem. The "smoke" you are seeing is most likely the blow-by gasses produced by the engine. The oil its catching, means its doing its job, but the leak should be handled immediately.

when you run a catch can set up you typically dont run a PCV system.


OP, is it a drain back set up?
That's what I thought with my setup, we took my PCV valve out when we put the catch can in. My tuner re-routed the catch can and put the PCV valve back in though... it really confused me hah. Everything seems to be working fine in terms of that though...

Mine still uses the PCV valve as well with my set up... I've got a drain back system.
