Hey man, this is a really sick build you got goin on. Is this on the Mazda forums too? I could swear I saw it somewhere... Anyway, great job so far. I'm glad its not done yet too. I want to see progress on this thing. Congrats with your accomplishments. Keep up the good work!

yes this build is on mazdas247 also. i cause some hate over there cuz i post in the slammed thread and everyone gets pissed haha.

cc is my home though, and i would love to run one of ur coolant overflows on my truck whenever i get to that point.

y would u want to run nitrogen over natural air?

i would hate having to refill bottles and worry if u have enough in there after a day of driving to lift ur truck.

idk, maybe its just me, but if u have a compressor thats fast enough to keep up then u are way better off...

I totally agree. I run 2 Viair 380C's and an 8 gallon tank. Its kinda like running NOS vs. turbo. Turbo FTW, Compressors too.

in reality(imo) it is better to run 2 separate smaller tanks with a compressor to each that way ur compressors dont have to work so hard and it doesnt take so long to fill up the tanks from empty...

well buddy down here just got a truck like that done..and he has nitrogen setup..i like how it is but he also works for the welding company so nitrogen is next to free...sorry for the interuption..and his tank usually lasts him about a month at a time...its a 81 chevyy shortbox with a 1996 camero fuel injectied motor and tranny setup..things a beast but still needs tweakedd with

I would love to run 2 aluminum 3 or 4 gallon tanks instead of my huge ass steel tank. Being able to hide them would be even better. When the stock fuel tank came out, I was able to tuck everything else under neath and its well hidden. The volume on tap is great for messing around. Plus I made a regulator on my dumps for better adjustability. Even with 1/2" valves and lines, its way too fast to get just perfect.

Whats your setup like? Do you do ass drags with sparks flying all over the place? ha ha...

i dont do ass drags lol. i do full frame drags. things should be really interesting now with the bodydrop to the dorrs. i will have to learn how to drive the truck all over again.

i am going to go with two smaller tanks and a compressor to each and hide everything under the sheetmetal bed floor that i am going to tackle after i get the truck up and running. hell, who knows, i might end up doing it before i get a turbo mani the way things r f**king going...

i am running 3/8 valves with reducers on my dumps. goes down nice and slow. 1/2" valves are way too fast for my liking..

tailgate has been gone for years.

it has a full grant kustoms tailgate skin and grant kustoms taillight fillers.

the bed will be sheetmetal smooth with the bridge showing and the top of the gas tank(atleast thats the plan as of right now)

no way in hell i am scrapping the truck.

since it has taken so long for me to get a turbo mani, i have changed directions with the build a bit. i was f**king around with placement of the turbo and such and seeing how i am going to mock up my exhaust and where imma put my intercooler and such and realized,
why am i putting so much work into something that is running a stock turbo that looks like trash with an internal wastegate that doesnt handle upgrades well?

sooooooooo, its official. i am looking for a t3/t4 turbo or something similar for my build. looking for somehting cheap but high quality.

very interested in a to4e 50-60 trim, but a gt35 or something will work also. if anyone has one or knows someone selling one or whatever lemme know. i am on the search, and hopefully within the week i can have it paid for and on its way...

on with the build anywho. sorry to disappoint!
