Hey everyone, my name is jack. i got a 96 civic dx. and i have no knowledge of cars. but im willing to find our more about it. is there anywhere i can go to learn more about cars?

because recently my car has been giving me a few problems. like today the engine just died right after i got off the freeway while i was stopped.

Welcome to the Forums Jack. There could be several reasons why your car dies at idle. My first thoughts are that your fuel pump is starting to go out and dies at low pressure. Thats what it sounds like to me. As for learning about cars, your really just have to be interested in them to get it started because you tend to hang around people with the same interests. So even just being on this site and reading threads you will pick up info here and there.
