Seeing it one the news makes me want to try them lol.

But I don't see how they can ban them if the company makes a disclaimer to drink responsibly n s**t...

Alcohol in general isn't safe i don't see why they can ban this and not all alcoholic beverages. I mean is 1 4 loko going to injure someone? Probably not. It's just the kids who overconsume, which happens with all alcohol.

i agree 100% this is what ive been getting at. in that article they said they saw kids unconcious and they "thought they were on drugs" ive seen plenty of people like this at parties where there was no 4 loko involved. if you were to recreate the same party from the article and replace it with a keg i guarantee you the same thing would have happened

haha they were on the news here in MN, they called it a "blackout in a can" :p I've never had one and probably won't as they're about to be banned. Oh well...

They've been banned in MA now as of yesterday they were not supposed to be sold to anyone after 2pm. Me and a friend got some last night at like 10:30 just to be one of the last people in the state to buy them.. since apparently this store didn't get the memo lol.

I don't think they are taking the alcohol out of it, just most of the caffeine.

Although I agree with you, it works both ways. If the FDA didnt do their job, then they would not have nearly as many employees.

thats funny because they didn't lift a finger until it was all over the news and they had to look like they are worth a s**t. the FDA doesn't give a s**t about us they are in the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies.

I don't entirely know how that makes sense in this scenario. What pharmaceutical company was threatened by the existence of Four Loko? I'm not necessarily saying you're wrong. I just can't think of an example.

never said any pharmaceutical company was threatened by four loko just saying they are funded by companies that bank on keeping people sick and the four loko thing was just to make it seem as if they actually care.
