I feel your pain and hate scammers just as much. This situation sounds like they just mixed up the packages. Unfortunately, with companies that ship a lot of stuff during this time of year, it happens. Not that it justifies it, but saying that it is possible. Their response should determine your outcome weather spammer or mix up.f**king scammers on f**king e-f**king-bay.
Bought a small china set for my mom on eBay. Spent $56. Nothing huge. Got the package today. It was a small envelope with Super Mario Bro's for Nintendo DS inside. I really hope it was just a simple mistake and they accidentally shipped me the wrong item. I took pictures right away and attached them in a message to the seller. And it's not like they can bullshit their way out of it. The package label has matching confirmation numbers with the one they gave me for the china set, my address, their address and company name which match their eBay ID, package weight (says 9lbs. what the f**k? 9lbs for a Nintendo DS game?), etc. I bought her something else too but from a different seller so I'm praying to God that this isn't going to happen again.
This is why I stopped shopping on eBay. Been scammed for $350, $250, and now this. I f**king hate scammers. Absolutely f**king hate them. I've done thousands of online gaming transactions and nearly 2 dozen eBay transactions (me being the seller for both) and I have never once scammed someone or thought about scamming someone. Just why?
Problem with buyer protection through paypal is that there HAS to be money in the seller's account. NOT their bank account, their actual paypal account. Paypal can't go into their bank and take money. They treat it like an honesty thing and expect people to have money in that account should they have a claim against them. So, if the seller drains the paypal account, you file a claim, and they don't put money back in to cover it, you are screwed. Happened to me and paypal just basically let it go when the seller disappeared after clearing out the account. They said there is nothing else they could do.Don't you get buyer protection with Paypal?
That is exactly the way to treat it. Handle it through your credit card company and let them fight paypal for the money they might not be able to retrieve. Very smart move.Yup. But from my past experience, PayPal is slow as f**k when it comes to disputes. That's why I always ALWAYS ALWAYS pay with my credit card through PayPal. After being scammed the first time, I didn't even notify PayPal the second time. I just called my credit card company on the 2nd time and they credited my account pretty quickly.
Yup.What is it then?
Edit. Space Balls?
When you park away from other cars in parking lots, leaving 15 spaces between you and the next car up, and when you come out, a car is parked next to you and you notice a door ding of the color of the car next to you and you also notice paint on their car from your vehicle.
When you have cars paint in your car keys.
lol. good one!!

Thermite?im pretty annoyed that there is 6 inches of snow on top of 3 inches of ice and the f**king snow plows arnt doing s**t!
Plows can't do much about the ice. If they go down low enough to actually dig the ice, it will eat up the blade.im pretty annoyed that there is 6 inches of snow on top of 3 inches of ice and the f**king snow plows arnt doing s**t!
Some people don't have common sense. They will park their cart on the right side, but walk to the left side and block the entire aisle. People will stand there and that person is completely oblivious of how many people he or she is annoying. When I'm grocery shopping tonight and am trying to turn into an isle but a stupid ****** b***h is standing in the way.
I say "excuse me", and she says "oh you lookin' fo sumthin'?" My reply, "no, I need this isle, i know what i need."...........she.doesn't.move. I go to the next isle, backtrack, and she's still blocking the isle.
It is not only annoying.....it is downright SCARY as s**t that some people are that oblivious. Some people don't have common sense. I wont totally avoid a cart at all costs....but I know what I am getting going into the store. Normally its just a few things, so I use a basket. People that get carts to buy 2 things annoy me.This is why I never use a cart. Like I've said before, I will jam pack a basket and use 2 arms to carry if I have to before ever touching a cart. It's much easier to bump into people "accidentally" when they're in the way like that and say "oh excuse me" to get through .
