But I must admit I do like how the gas cap is hidden behind the tail light. It would be a pain to pump gas and would probably open when your driving but it looks cool.yeah. lol i remember one of the comments was that they couldnt see the turbo because its so small. i havent bothered to go look again. Bottom line is the dude put in more time, money, and effort into his Civic than 99% of the members here. If you guys want to hate on it, go ahead. But he still drives a Civic, just like all of you guys do.

Not my style, but I can appreciate the time and the gobs of money spent on it that's for sure. I like the gas filler behind the tail light. Haven't seen that in a long time, it used to be pretty popular in the mini trucking scene.

hahaha OFFICIAL thread. im honored to have started it. but i gotta agree. he put a lot into the car, and its very respectable. He easily put more time, money, and hard work into this car than 99% of people do. it has the show car appearance to it. im hating yet im respecting it at the same time. i just kind of wish he didnt do it to an si lol
yeah, there is easily a couple hundred hours into that i would think. and i dont know many civcs converted to a tubular chassis or the gas tank like that. just not my style, i prefer clean and simple
He should of invested in a bigger turbo, i looked again and i can barely notice it. i also noticed he put in a lot more detail than i though. especially with the chassis.

imagine how much of a beast he couldve built if he went GO! and not SHOW!. respect him much for the work but i wouldnt drive it or even ride in it. my thing is people probly built their cars like this when it was popular to do so and now that its a sunk ship their stuck with it. I see cars like that on clist all the time(ooh i spent 20k building it i want 15k) aint no one gonna buy a riced out show car.

I respect the money spent and work put into it. It's more respectable than the civics that throw on a lip and call it a day.

that must've taken a shitload of work, and it looks like he didn't cheap out. i give him mad props! for a show car its great, alot of custom work that you won't see on most cars. Its not my style but someone did some work. I refuse to call a car with that much work done to it rice. Rice to me is a car with mismatched body panels, huge gaps, bondo covered, half assed... not my style is what i classify stuff like this as.
