Just dont run the straight 6 hot....if you do mit as well buy a new motor...I know for a fact.... other than that the 6s are pretty good

350k is a lotta miles. and some people get lucky. many people that overheat 8 times will most likely run into problems

But also, i do believe some motors are just built to last a certain amount of time just by the materials companies use

Oh yeah, some definately do last longer than others. Thats for sure, and some just have weak spots that dont last real long.

Ha im the same way with maintenance. I have friends who say "oh i didnt change my oil in 5000 miles" and im just like it cost 15 bucks and a half hour of your time, just do it. It can only do good and will pay off in the future. I do mine every 3k. If people would just do this it would save so much money and headaches, and its so simple. A tune up isnt real expensive and makes a s**t load of a difference.
