Just lost my civic, looking at a 2000 Civic Si

Hey, so my $800 1994 Honda Civic LX Special Edition just got written off. Apparently some BMW SUV rear ended it at 9am due to the snow. And as I was outside talking to my neighbor about the hit, another car...no...another SUV (this time a Benz) hit it AFTER I MOVED THE CAR. So yeah, bye bye old civic. (got $2500 from insurance though). So I am now looking at a 2000 Civic Si Automatic for sale on craigslist. Can anyone tell me what to look for? problem areas? Is this price (3800) alright?

sorry to inform you, honda did not manufacture 98 si's, i dont think they did anywhere actually. Especially the us.
And they never made auto ek si's.

Well, I just bought a 2000 Civic CX hatchback. its color is a bit weird. Its kinda like rootbeer.... Brown in the morning and looks black at night. Its trunk hatch has a dent from the previous owner who said that he just saw the dent after he came back to the parking lot. Was just wondering how much a trunk door costs... I saw an aftermarket CF for 700 ish. But I couldn't find any that were selling just a normal one that could have come from a salvage car. Wanna try changing speakers too but don't have a clue on the size.
