Having trouble. I had two offers, and one of them wanted to offer me $300 but I couldn't take it, so I'm waiting on this other guy to text me back and tell me when he wants to come down and look at it. I also forgot to call the dealer up to order my brake hose banjo, and it usually takes a day for them to ship it to their store and they're not open on Sundays, so I'll have to pick it up on Monday. But then, the car will be drivable again, and hopefully I can sell it by next weekend. The guy with the hatchback said he's gotten a few offers of less than $700 and a trade but he didn't take them. I said I'll give him $900 for it just as soon as I get rid of this. He's including a full headunit with 2 speakers (said he couldn't figure out where to put the rears) but I'm gonna put my kenwoods in anyway.

So, gauge clusters took a s**t. The previous owner wired the clusters up to a custom relay to control the dimmer instead of having it hooked to the dimmer itself (unless that's how they're supposed to be?) Anyways, I found a black OEM LX cluster with tach on Ebay. The only problem is my gauges are white, so if I wanted to keep the mileage, I'd have a white speedo with black gauges, and that wouldn't look right. So, I read somewhere online that the ECU stores the aprox mileage in the EEPROM. Is there anyway to get a cluster with less miles than my car has and have the ECU set it to the right mileage?

This is the listing.

I haven't had updates in awhile. But, now that I got the engine running better than before, I am focusing on looks now. I am ordering my gauge cluster tomorrow and headlights + corners next weekend. Then, I'm saving up for paint. I'm still deciding whether I want gunmetal or black. Going more towards gunmetal. After paint (probably Mid january) gonna take the head apart and see what's on the inside. When I get there, I'll figure out what to do next.

It might have to wait till tax returns. I'm scrapped for cash right now. Literally have no reinforcement cash. So I'm relying on $100 a week.

So my gauge cluster should be on its way this week and I should get it by thursday, friday at the latest. So, since I can't see my cluster at night, I jerry-rigged a small light circuit up to light it for this week just so I can drive it home from work.

I'm not feeling the wheels that much, I would look around for some hx, gsr blades, or si wheels. It looks like a good start. What are your future plans? Paint, wheels and maybe a lip would clean it up a lot, fast.

For anyone that's still watching this thread, cluster in. Pulling CEL code 13. Apparently, I've been driving with a bad barometric pressure sensor since I got the car. There was no CEL bulb in the other cluster. Never noticed it till the CEL came on.

Thanks. I honestly don't like the color. I have black seat covers until I can get some black seats.

No real updates... Yet. Waiting on a new ecu and headlights before I take it any further.
Took some pics. They came out bad because of the lighting. (my iPod needs almost perfect light conditions for it to be nice pictures)

So, again, sorry for another triple post, but I just got my license so updates should roll in more often (maybe every week). While the cash flow is still slow, I'll try and get updates. Gonna be buying an ECU and mud flaps soon.
