paint remover?

when i bought my car the dude that had it painted the whole dashboard black... looks like he did it with spray paint.. is there a way to take off that paint of the dash?? please help me!

but it is real and works pretty good to get rid of random dirt and residue and what not
there's also goo gone but i've only used goof off so far but im guessing its pretty much the same stuff

yea i used goo gone before... s**t is wack.. pretty much only removes all the sticky stuff.. im going to see if they have it around here n ill see if it works... thanks!! =]
