RESEARCH! there is a search button at the top of the site and google. this has been done a million times. search around, find out some different ways to do it.I want my civic to be at 300-350whp

If you don't have a budget I don't see whats wrong with buying a gsr and getting it sleeved, and pretty much building the whole motor.
As far as the turbo, just buy a kit from go-autoworks, spoolin performance, or full-race. All of those are very good quality. Make sure you get a good tune, perhaps the most important part...
