hid question

got a question bought some ddm tuning hids and put them in tonight and when i shut them off and leave them off for like 5 min and turn them back on the driver light wont come on then i turn the switch off and back on it will come back on and work everything is hooked up looking for suggestions.
maybe a ground problem on that side ?
maybe its the cold?

Mine does it occasionally, its usually inconsistent in which one doesn't work. Check the grounds and connections.

Some of the cheaper HID kits act up. If one side doesnt come on, just turn them off and turn them on again.

i have a ddm tuning 55w 8000k hi/ lo slim ballast kit and my friend has the same but 10000k and both of ours have problems on one side. the problem stays on one side so i think its the ballast. i have found that if i turn my headlights on before i start my car they both will always come on but if i start my car then turn on my lights only one will turn on then i have to turn off my car and flick my headlights on and off really fast about 20 times till the other headlight warms up and stays on

LOL I hate when people say this, properly adjusted headlights don't blind everyone...

check all the connectinos, jiggle them here and there too, lol. in hte end it might be cheap HID.
