Hey guys, well I started college today! it was amazing and a breeze! While leaving campus, some idiot kept brake checking me for no reason at all! SO had to use some of that d16z6 horsepower to get aorund him... so he decides to get behind me and take a pic of my plate and call the cops... lmao! saying i drive insane and wreckless... Dude was from a tottaly diffrent state than louisiana... kept on following me... so i sped off and lost him lmao. what a first day of college!!!!

Not at all. Any state that has laws against cell phone use while driving also has an exception for anyone reporting someone who may be a hazard to others.

That being said, I always wanted to call in to report someone was driving while on the phone.
